In the webinar you will get a completely new view on social interactions and learn to recognize certain patterns in human behavior and learn better ways to deal with difficult situations.
This webinar is appropriate for everyone who wants to improve their social interactions.
Do you have a colleague who is not sticking to his/her statements or a boss who is absolutely not open to new ideas?
Have you ever come away from a conversation feeling bad or inadequate without having done anything wrong?
Are you constantly omitted when it comes to the distribution of responsible tasks? Or do you have to deal regularly with a person who thinks they are right all the time and isn’t persuadable at all?
And did you often just absorb the bad mood of other people thinking that there is nothing you can possibly do about it? That the person won’t change their behaviour anyway?
The good news is – there is something you can do. It might not be obvious and it for sure will take some time, but you do have the power to change the dynamic of your social interactions and so how they make you feel. In this webinar you will get an overview of the Red-Liner model – a unique view on social interactions, shedding a new light on the behavioural patterns some people exhibit. You will get the understanding that there is something you can do to decrease the friction within those interactions and thereby have a positive impact on your productivity.

What you need for the webinar: A cup of coffee or tea, a decent internet connection, a curious and open mind, pen and paper for notes or a fidget toy if keeping your fingers busy keeps you concentrated while listening.
We teach our clients a completely new view on social interactions between people. We strongly believe in the strength of mutually fair treatment and respected boundaries. The Red-Liner model helps people to recognize patterns in behavior and is developed in our workshops in a very interactive manner by asking targeted questions. All the actions principles we develop together with our workshop attendees and coaching clients can be applied in the workplace and daily life. It doesn’t require any special skill, just the willingness to change your own interactions to a better.
Our customers are academics, businesses and private persons from different fields. We do workshops and coaching online and face-to-face wherever possible.
